Insurance can be confusing. At The Health Centers, our staff is experts at navigating the insurance maze. Our philosophy is to help you to feel better while utilizing your benefits. We will make every attempt to verify your insurance benefits prior to any treatment at The Health Centers. Once we have verified your benefits we will communicate your coverages to you and let you know what your responsibilities are. Most carriers prefer electronic claims, if yours does we will send your claims electronically to speed up the process. Although there may be times when a patient must get involved to solve claims issues, most can be handled by our fully trained staff.

Many carriers cover the services we offer at The Health Centers and we are providers for the many insurance companies listed below. The Health Centers is also a Certified Medicare Outpatient Physical Therapy Facility. This means you can count on receiving quality care here. Our office was certified by a Medicare Surveyor, who inspected this facility in person. We are proud to say it was a rigorous inspection and we passed!

If you do not see your insurance carrier listed here, call our office and they will personally check your benefits to see if you have coverage. Please be sure to have your insurance card handy so they can gather all of the necessary information to check your benefits for you. We offer affordable treatment plans and payment options and accept patients who do not have insurance coverage.
